At the heart of the Sukosol Group empire is a range of quality, diverse and highly sough-after business properties scattered through the City of Angels.

Over the years the Sukosol Group has divested widely in various commercial properties and lands. The most substantial of these is the group’s own headquarters on Mahachai Road in Chinatown, Bangkok, overlooking Rattanakosin Island. This 7-storey building is from whence the company first grew back in the early 1940s and now houses the executive offices of Sukosol Trading, a substantial showroom displaying kitchen, audio and dehumidifier equipment, a five-storey warehouse, leased offices and company car park.

Other commercial interests include the leasing of the three-storey Lard Krabang Estates building, 40-rai of land encompassing the Onnuch I and II Property and 2-rai of prime land in downtown Bangkok at Ratchaprasong intersection (used as Central Chidlom parking space).
